This take on the classic Old Fashioned uses its namesake; Partida Tequila which is a fantastic 100% natural and 100% Mexican tequila of great quality. The Partida Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz. Partida Anejo Tequila
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
1 Orange Rind
Few dashes of plain water
Method:
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water.
Muddle until dissolved.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and add tequila.
