Today we’re continuing our Oscar’s Cocktail Series and we’re focusing on The Famous Grouse Smoky Black Scotch Whisky. This whisky is full of flavor and has a superior finish. Perfect standalone or in a spirit-forward cocktail, the Famous Grouse has certainly put together a solid Scotch for the masses. Scotch is always a challenge to mix due to its complex tasting notes and signature peat flavoring. We found two great cocktails to try out with this Smoky Black Scotch; the Godfather and the Rob Roy. After all, it’s the Academy Awards; why not have a cocktail named after the greatest movie ever made and a famous folk hero.
