It’s the moment when all the hard work pays off. Starting at the basics and ending with advanced knowledge of spirits and hundreds of recipes at your disposal. You’re officially recognized by Empire Mixology as a Certified Mixologist.

As an Apprentice you learned everything you needed to know at the base level regarding spirits, wine, and beer; now it’s time to take what you learned and start mixing and mastering the recipes out there. This curriculum will take you through recipes by time period and type and will serve as a starting point for you to create your own recipes!

Graduates who become Certified Mixologists are entitled to:

• Access to Expert level classes.

• Permission to become faculty of UMix and teach classes.

• A recognized and certified mixologist on www.empiremixology.com!

• An 8x11 Certification, suitable for framing.

• A UMix Lapel Pin.
