It takes a special kind of person with the right talent and skill to Master the world of Mixology. To be recognized as a Master Mixologist by Empire Mixology, one must attain expertise in at least three fields recognized by Empire Mixology along with passing a five-part capstone program given by another Master Mixologist.
Once the status of Master is attained, the following entitlements are granted:
Status as a Master Mixologist on www.empiremixology.com.
Access to Mastery Level Courses.
Diploma sized Certification, suitable for framing.
Lapel Pin for UMix.
Invitation as UMix faculty and Capstone Program coordinator.
Your own page on Empire Mixology with a biography.

Q: When will all 10 Courses be released?
A: Empire Mixology is planning to release all 10 courses in 2025. These classes require more attention to detail in order to create, so our team slowly rotates Master classes into production. In the meantime, check out our beloved Whiskey Expert program!
Q: Will I be an Empire Mixology Master Mixologist after finishing this curriculum?
A: In order to be an Empire Mixology Master Mixologist you must be an Empire Mixology Expert Mixologist in no less than (3) fields. If you take these classes and certify without the prior certifications, you will be an independent Master Mixologist, but may be eligible for honorable mention upon request.
Q: Is any prior experience required to enroll in the course?
A: Prior experience is recommended but not required! If you want to jump into the deep end to get started then get ready for a challenge! In order to be an Empire Mixology Certified Master Mixologist you must have certifications as an Expert in (3) fields, however the classes are still available to all mixologists.
Q: Is the course content accessible after completion?
A: Yes, participants will have access to the course materials even after completing the certification. This allows for ongoing review and reference to enhance your skills as a certified Master Mixologist!.
