Welcome to Empire Mixology University!

In 2020 Empire Mixology began revamping its in-person and online training programs into one consolidated curriculum; the Empire Mixology University (UMix). The University offers certification and accreditation in various disciplines within the fields of beer, wine, spirits, mixology, and more.

The curriculum is completed at your own pace either online or in person and can be completed in varying stages! Empire Mixology currently offers five certifications:

• Certified Empire Trained

• Certified Apprentice Mixologist

• Certified Mixologist (Journeyman)

• Certified Expert Mixologist

• Certified Master Mixologist
