About The Baby Bellini
The Bellini is an IBA Classic and a favorite of many brunch events. The Baby Bellini is the standard non-alcoholic version, containing sparkling cider rather than sparkling wine. The visualization is almost identical, with the Baby Bellini obviously having the smoother finish. Perfect for a celebratory event or New Year’s Eve.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Sparkling Cider
2 oz. Peach Puree
