The colder weather and holidays have the tendency to evoke cravings for all things baking spice and earthy. This season, incorporate some of those elements onto the rims of your favorite cocktails, to turn your sipping experience into a delicious and visual delight.

The Jaisalmer Golden Fort
Ingredients:
1.5oz Jaisalmer Gin
.5oz Fresh lime Juice
.3oz Cinnamon Syrup
1.5oz Cloudy Apple Juice
Honey
Nutmeg powder
Dip rim of glass into honey to coat, then dip glass rim into nutmeg. Pour Jaisalmer Gin over cubed ice directly into prepared glass, add fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup and cloudy apple juice.
Partida Mexican Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
2oz Partida Añejo
6oz Hot Chocolate
Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
Honey
Directions:
Use your desired method to create hot chocolate, with a pinch of ground cinnamon per serving. Pre-heat a toddy glass with hot water, pour out water after glass is warm. Stir together chili powder and salt in bowl. Pour honey onto a separate plate, dip rim of warm hot toddy glass into honey, then into chili powder mix. Add spiced hot chocolate to heated glass, top with 2 oz Partida Añejo and stir.
Sidecar with a Brown Sugar Rim
Ingredients:
1.5oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz Fresh lime juice
Brown sugar
Honey
Directions:
To prepare coupe glass, dip rim of glass into honey to coat, then dip glass rim into brown sugar. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Mix, filter and strain into prepared coupe glass.
Peerless Manhattan with a Caramel Rim
Ingredients:
2oz Peerless Rye
1oz Vya Sweet Vermouth
.25oz Benedictine Liqueur
2–3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Melted caramel
Directions:
Dip rim of coupe glass into melted caramel. Add all ingredients to a separate mixing glass and stir with ice (make sure to not over-dilute). Strain into coupe glass and garnish with orange peel (after you express the oils over the drink).
